About Elise
I am a highly experienced Computer Programming tutor with 15 years of teaching experience helping High School and College students achieve success in coding and academics. I have successfully taught over 300 students and helped them improve their understanding, grades, and confidence in programming. My teaching philosophy is based on practical learning, clear explanations, and continuous support so students can easily understand complex topics. I teach Java, C, SQL, Data Structures, and Algorithms and focus on both theory and real-world application. I use detailed explanations and live coding demonstrations so students can clearly understand each concept without confusion. I teach with empathy by understanding student challenges and adapting my teaching style to match their level while providing additional support when needed. I also focus on exams, assignments, and career preparation by guiding students through coding practice, interview preparation, and project development.
