About Alex
I am a professional chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, having transitioned into an industry role following the completion of my PhD in organic chemistry. During my PhD, I mentored multiple undergraduate students to first class results in research projects, and demonstrated in undergraduate teaching laboratories. Prior to this, I completed my degree in chemistry (MChem) with first class honours, graduating top of my year.

Generally, each 1 hour lesson will be tailored to a specific topic, with the first portion 15-20 minutes dedicated to covering/revising the course content and the remaining 40-45 minutes of the lesson consisting of working through examples/problems/past paper questions.
Ultimately though, the lesson structure and format will be tailored to the needs, level, and learning style of the individual student.
With my extensive experience in chemistry, no task will be too great to overcome!
