Great to meet you, my name is Eloise and I'm a professional chef turned cooking teacher.
I believe learning to cook should be as fun as it is rewarding so I aim for all my classes to be just that, at the end of each class you will have learnt a new skill and have had a great time doing it!
Classes are designed for beginners - all the way to advanced home cooks and can be tailored so you really get the most out of the experience.
Both In house and online class's are structured so you are as prepared as can be before the class i.e. shopping list and instructions of how to set yourself up for the class.
