Hi! In my classes, you can learn to move with rhythm, improve your flexibility, focus your mind, energize, and strengthen your body. I guide students of all levels with precise techniques in yoga, wellness, and mindful & creative movement. I offer private lessons, corporate sessions, school workshops, and classes in sports complexes, both online and in person.

J’accompagne des personnes de tous niveaux avec des techniques précises en yoga, bien-être et mouvements créatifs.
