About Julie

Yoga is one of my greatest passions, and sharing it with others is something that truly inspires me. Through my own practice, I have experienced how much yoga can transform not only our physical well-being, but also our mental and emotional health. It has helped me build a deeper connection with myself, and I am passionate about helping others discover these benefits in their own lives.

I believe that movement should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or ability. Yoga is not about being perfect or achieving the most advanced poses; it is about meeting yourself where you are, learning to listen to your body, and creating space for yourself to grow.

I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and have been teaching three classes a week at a yoga studio. Through my teaching, I aim to create a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where everyone feels comfortable exploring their practice at their own pace.
