About Sharon
I am a 200hr qualified and insured yoga teacher. I specify in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I teach at any level, from beginner to advanced. I originally began practising yoga years ago having been taking Pilates classes and wishing to achieve a greater level of flexibility. When I first started I was very inflexible and couldn’t touch my toes, but something about yoga kept me coming back and I found that with regular practice the poses got easier and I became more flexible and was able to do poses that I’d originally found impossible. As I practised yoga on a regular basis it started to change my outlook to life and eventually changed it in a major way and I decided to train to be an instructor so I could share the gift of yoga. My classes are suitable for all levels – there is no such thing as being too inflexible to practice yoga and classes can be modified for your own level of fitness and ability. If you don’t want to go to a group class or prefer to learn on your own at your own time and pace, I offer private yoga classes. During your private one-to-one class, you will have the opportunity to focus on your own individual practice and tune in to your body. The classes can be tailored for your own ability and level of fitness and can be scheduled to fit in with your busy day. We all have unique body structures; a private one-to-one class will be tailored to your individual needs and bring increased benefits to your practice.
