About Teleza
I'm Tracy, a final-year Kinesiology and Coaching Science student at Tshwane University of Technology. My degree taught me that mastering any skill whether a sprint or a sentence, requires breaking complex movements into small, repeatable drills. I apply this to English: spelling and grammar become muscle-memory patterns, and creative writing becomes a performance you rehearse. I use sports psychology to ease 'writer's block' (performance anxiety) and treat every mistake as data, not failure.
