Deeksha has been my online yoga teacher for nearly two years. She is highly dedicated, very professional and quite knowledgeable in yoga and naturopathy. She is calm, very consistent and flexible with her classes. She understands individual requirements very well and customizes sessions accordingly. Her classes have been a wonderful experience for me. She has helped me lose significant body weight while improving my mobility and strength. I would highly recommend engaging her as a yoga instructor.

Dr Deeksha is an excellent tutor for the yoga classes. She is very calm and patient and makes the student do various kinds of exercises that will have warm up exercises to improve the body flexibility as well as the breathing exercises, asanas, pranayams to improve the breath intake and the concentration. She also takes into account the requirements, health aspects of the student undergoing the yoga practice and tailors the exercises accordingly. Highly recommended yoga tutor!
