Yoga has significantly improved my physical balance and inner stability. It has also brought a sense of calm and mental clarity into my life. I owe this transformation to my very close friend, Shravani, a highly talented, knowledgeable, and dedicated yoga practitioner with over 15 years of experience
I always wanted a normal delivery and all this happened because of Shravni. I attended her yoga classes throughout my pregnancy and I had a completely risk-free and normal delivery. She has immense knowledge of her yoga concepts and she made sure every class went according to my pace and comfort. Yoga never felt like a daily task; instead, it was a relaxing hour for me in the entire day. I would recommend all to-be moms to try her classes for a smooth pregnancy.
