Hi, I'm Luigi
After spending over 10 years coaching clients in London, I recently relocated to Edinburgh, bringing with me a wealth of experience in mobility, strength and conditioning, flexibility, functional movement, and holistic wellbeing.
My career was shaped in one of London's leading personal training environments, where I had the opportunity to learn from some of the industry's most respected coaches and work with a diverse range of clients. Over the years, I've successfully helped busy professionals—including doctors, lawyers, and barristers—achieve outstanding results despite demanding schedules and high-pressure careers.I also specialise in helping older adults improve balance, mobility, strength, and confidence, reducing the risk of falls and helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
My coaching combines strength training, mobility work, flexibility, bodyweight conditioning, gymnastics-inspired movement, and mindful exercise practices. I believe true fitness goes beyond building muscle—it's about developing a body that moves well, feels strong, remains resilient, and supports you throughout every stage of life.
