I'm a qualified yoga teacher and have a holistic approach to my practice. I have experience in conducting meditation classes for younger children to grown-ups. Enhance vitality with breathing and bring the state of calmness to your everyday lifestyle. My practice is simple and easy to follow and have great results. You become more alive, vibrant, and more confident.

About the class

My teaching is based on classical yogic meditation techniques. Yogic breathing, follow ashtanga and kriya yoga practice. Also, the powerful yoga Nidra practise.
