I focus on developing academic strategies to improve my student's self-sufficiency. I identify student's diverse needs of learning and manipulate course content and my delivery style in order to meet their requirements. Furthermore, i always encourage my students and improve their skills by making topics conceptual and more clearer with interesting sessions. I always make sure that students understand and grasp the topics well which were previously confusing for them. In addition to this, i also provide worksheets to the students so that they can gain knowledge and clear their basics. No matter what their previous study plans have been, i possess expertise to get them on the right track.
