Training doesn't have to be boring! And in a group it is so much better.
It doesn't matter what level you are at right now, what matters is that you encourage yourself. Don´t wait for the perfect moment, today could be the first day.
I want to accompany you in your daily training, working on the basic pillars that will allow you to feel better, learn to control your body and overcome new challenges.
My group classes are fun and dynamic. I help you meet your goals in a comprehensive and healthy way. My teaching is characterized by pedagogy and patience when explaining, entertainment and the effectiveness of routines.
