I believe the best learning happens when students understand why something works, not just how to memorize it. A typical lesson begins by identifying areas of difficulty and reviewing any questions the student has. From there, we work through concepts step by step using examples, practice problems, and real-world applications. I encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and explain concepts in their own words so they leave each session with a deeper understanding rather than just the right answer.
What sets me apart is my combination of over 10 years of tutoring experience, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, and experience mentoring students from high school through graduate and professional programs. Beyond subject knowledge, I help students develop study strategies, problem-solving skills, and confidence that will benefit them long after our lessons end.
