About Charis
Hi! I'm Charis. I teach Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga. I have been a student of yoga for 10 years, coming to the practice for fitness & overall well-being. I have been teaching yoga for 2 years, completing my 200hr YTT in Fremantle & 150hr Mentorship In Mt Hawthorn. I love to personally work through the Ashtanga Sequence for my own practice. My Vinyasa classes are based on traditional & new age practices. I love dogs & getting outdoors for hikes. I definitely don't take myself too seriously, so expect some laughs along the way! Charis teaches from the soul, she projects calm energy but she will also make you laugh! Though it is clear she has dedicated a lot of time to her craft, I appreciate the way she will gently guide you without judgement to your next goal. Not to mention, she is smoking hot !!!
Charis is an excellent yoga teacher! I have regularly attended her classes and would recommend her for any studio. She is knowledgable, patient, friendly, and has a very calming presence. She is great at modifying poses and positions to fit all abilities.
