With over 20 years of dedicated experience working with teenagers in educational environments, including 21 years as a Further Education (FE) Performing Arts Lecturer, I possess a unique and proven background in blending coaching methodologies, teaching expertise, and holistic wellness practices to significantly improve student performance and overall well-being. My two decades in education have been centred around two critical areas: academic guidance and pastoral support. As an FE Performing Arts lecturer, I successfully supported hundreds of students through challenging academic and vocational pathways. This role involved continuous coaching to foster creativity, resilience, and performance discipline, skills directly transferable to life coaching. Crucially, I have deep experience providing pastoral care, guiding young adults through personal challenges, managing stress, and developing the self-advocacy necessary for success.
