About Jonathan
I am a health and performance coach based in a luxury gym in central London and have spent much of my time working with high-level executives, as well as elite and amateur athletes.
Over the last 10 years, I have developed and honed my skills by dedicating myself to my craft and becoming the best coach I can. I have broadened my knowledge through a wide array of courses and continuing education:

Health & well-being look different for everyone, so although the basic principles apply to all how they are implemented has to be completely individualised.
I work with my clients to understand what it is that is important to them and what their true motivators are for improving their health. This way I can truly understand the person I am working with, allowing me to tailor their experience as much as possible.
From improving body composition for health and performance to providing dietary support to manage conditions such as PCOS and diabetes, I have worked with a wide variety of clients to improve their nutritional habits and behaviours and build lifelong skills.
Whether it is as simple as providing calorie and macronutrient targets, or as complex as a detailed nutrition protocol complete with sample meals & supplement recommendations, I meet my clients where they are.
Sessions are typically 1 hour long, but if a client needs longer I am happy to extend this to 90 minutes.
In sessions, things we might review include:
- Current habits & behaviours;
- Nutritional strengths & areas of opportunity;
- Food intolerances;
- Food likes & dislikes;
- Fundamental Principles of nutrition (Energy balance, macronutrients, micronutrients, hydration, supplementation);
- Strategies for navigating social events and travel schedules;
- Fuelling strategies to help get the most out of your performance at home and in the office.
- Fuelling strategies to optimise performance in training and any athletic event, from a park fun run to the football pitch to a full Ironman.
