Lessons are relaxed, practical, and built around your goals. In lessons, we may cover:
* Practice structure — knowing what to work on, how long to spend, and how to practise effectively
* Rhythm and coordination — building a steady sense of pulse and improving confidence with both hands together
* Sight-reading — spotting patterns, intervals, chords, and familiar shapes more easily
* Technique — developing relaxed movement, better posture, control, tone, and touch
* Musical expression — working on dynamics, phrasing, pedalling, and character
* ABRSM preparation — support with graded exams if you want a clear structure to follow
Online lessons take place over Zoom with a studio microphone and overhead keyboard camera, making demonstrations clear and easy to follow.
Your first 30-minute lesson is free. We will look at your current level, find a few quick wins, and set a simple practice plan for the week.

Perfect! Richard was able to help me with Advanced Music reading.
His instructions were very clearly spoken.Perfect! My son wants to learn the piano because he is interested in music production and is experimenting with making music.
