Whether it's thermodynamics, reaction mechanisms, or instrumental analysis, I break topics down into manageable parts and use analogies and examples tailored to each student's background and interests. A Typical Lesson Plan:
5 mins: Quick recap of previous lesson or warm-up questions
15–20 mins: Introduction of new concept with clear explanations and examples
20–25 mins: Guided problem-solving and discussion

5 mins: Summary, key takeaways, and prep for next session
