About Isobel
Hello :) I've just moved to Brighton to complete my PGCE to become a primary school teacher but am looking to teach some private or group yoga lessons part time. I've been teaching yoga full time for the last two years, having completed both my 200hr and 300hr training qualifications in Rishikesh India, where my passion for Yogic philosophy and yoga therapy were also ignited. I've lived at and taught meditation techniques and a range of different yoga styles at Yoga retreat centres in Guatemala, Mexico, Costa Rica and Spain. I am fully committed to the practice of yoga and love to share what I can! I've experienced in teaching people of all capabilities and ages, including older people and young children. I'm friendly, empathetic and very dedicated.

My yoga classes usually have a strong focus on maintaining a calm and peaceful mind throughout the practice, as I believe that the mental aspect of yoga is just as important as the phsyical. I am good at cultivating a healing, comfortable and relaxing environment in which I encourage my students to let go of stresses and tensions which may be hindering their ability to be at ease. I am trained in many different styles of yoga and can therefore tailor my classes in accordance with the age/ability/wishes of my clients.
