About Martha
I did my A levels in Maths, English, History and Politics (with an AS level in History of Art) and after I got 4 A*s and was accepted into Oxford University, I started tutoring. For my own exams, I had developed a way of revising and learning that fit around my educational needs - I originally struggled with exam timing, memorising information, essay structuring, and many other areas! After I got good grades, I was passionate to pass on what I had learnt to other students who may have also struggled and thought they were unable, beforehand. Since then I have taught across the spectrum, from 7-year-olds who are learning English, to 11-year-olds trying to pass exams into competitive high schools, to GCSE students needing help with mathematics, to A level English students wanting to finesse their literary criticism, to Oxbridge hopefuls trying to write the best application, to undergraduate students who need help perfecting their essay-writing skills.
