About Alejandro
I am extremely passionate about Philosophy and how we think about the world. This passion is evident in every part of my work as an undergraduate student and I personally would like to transfer that passion to other students who are looking to enter Philosophy or the Humanities in general. I want to help students learn how to think, and how to think about “thought” itself. This will hopefully help foster a new generation of minds who are keen on problem solving and are able to find novel approaches to problems which previously seemed unsolvable.
I am very methodical and organised in the way I teach always making sure that no stone is left unturned and making it my utmost priority that the student understands the fundamentals of Philosophy before building up on that foundation. I have a very individualistic approach to teaching, where every student is different and has different needs, so I will never use a one size fits all method when teaching or answering questions.

I seek to teach students how to think and approach problems in a creative manner. A student should be informed by other authors but they should be able to think about the problems themselves. This in turn prepares you for writing essays not through a mechanical procedure but rather by employing critical thinking skills which are transferable to all facets of life in the future.
