About Janina
Hello! I am currently studying Engineering Science at the University of Oxford. I would love to help students to learn and progress in their school subjects.
My qualifications include 10 A*s at GCSE and 5 A*s at A level.
Having completed my A levels recently, the subject content is still fresh in my memory and ready to be passed on.
At school, I often helped my classmates with the work if they were struggling to understand it. I have also spent a couple of years tutoring a family friend, which has helped me to understand how to approach teaching in a way that the student can understand.

My general approach to tutoring is to first identify gaps in the student’s knowledge, then teach them the necessary content and finally ask questions to make sure they have understood and can apply the new knowledge to a range of examples.
I am also very happy to go over lesson material or homework that the student may be struggling with.
