Hi, I’m Polina! I’m a dedicated and passionate tutor and trainer with over 9 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics at 16 years old and a provincial championship title. I know what it takes to stay focused, motivated, and disciplined, and I bring that same energy to every lesson. Whether we’re working on flexibility or fitness goals, I create a positive, structured environment where students feel supported and encouraged. As someone who balances academics and athletics, I understand the importance of time management, goal-setting, and building self-confidence.
