Hi, I'm April! I'm a certified Hatha and Somatic Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic wellness guide, and plant-based chef based in Costa Rica. I help people reconnect to their bodies and feel balanced through yoga, self-care, and healing food. I’m a certified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha Yoga and Somatic movement, with a focus on nervous system regulation, gentle strength, and deep self-awareness. My classes are perfect for all levels—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice.
