About Deepti

Hello, I am Deepti Tiwari, a certified yoga instructor with 200 hours of yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. My journey with yoga has taught me the importance of balance, mindfulness, and consistent practice, and I love sharing these benefits with others. I work with students of different ages and fitness levels, helping them to achieve goals such as weight loss, increased flexibility, better posture, stress management, and overall wellness. My teaching approach is supportive, personalized, and focused on creating a positive experience where every student can progress at their own pace. I believe yoga is for everyone, and my goal is to make it accessible, enjoyable, and beneficial for all.

About the class

I offer personalized online yoga class design. According to each student's goal, fitness, civil, and health condition. Whether you want to lose weight, improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or enhance overall well-being, I provide step-by-step guidance in a supportive and motivating environment. My classes focus on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and sustainable progress, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and the diet consultation is also included.
