About Arthur
I have 14 years of experience with meditation, and 4 with practicing asanas. My experience with Asana practices passes through Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga. I have a 200h certification as a hatha yoga instructor in Brazil, and also a 150h certification in Yoga Philosophy and Psychology, in India.
My classes are basically a big mixture of all the techniques that I experienced enough to teach, but personalized to each student.

My teaching method is free, with respect for the body and individualities of each student, stimulating each one of you to improve your practice and your quality of life.
To quickly guide new practitioners, I explain that asanas practice (yoga postures) can have more or less intensity, which depends exclusively on the body and abilities of the one who practices.
But also, I like to say at all times that yoga IS FOR EVERYONE, without any limitation of age, weight, strength, or even flexibility. So I like to meet my students and understand their path in yoga to serve as a guide to their own discovery. I believe that this way, we can find the best yoga for each person.
