About Manuela
Since I was little, I have always practiced yoga and martial arts, traveling and following different masters around the world. Growing up I discovered how knowing and putting certain concepts into practice can improve everyday life as well as sports and mental performance, teaching you to be more present and to know yourself deeply. I decided to become a teacher for myself, to be able to practice alone and do it in the right way, then I discovered how much I enjoy sharing my knowledge and I love to see the results and changes of my students with this wonderful discipline.

I offer Yoga, Postural Yoga and Pilates classes for adults and children. The lessons are addressed to individuals or groups and consist in the execution of sequences, paying attention to breathing and focusing on taking a position and awareness of one's body. The practice of yoga will include parts of Hatha, Pranayama and Vyniasa, focusing more on one or the other as needed, to create strength, flexibility and balance in the body and mind. The lessons for children, in particular, will be carried out in such a way as to make the experience of yoga live as a game, so that they can have a harmonious relationship with the body, learn to stay in balance and control their movements while having fun.
