I'm Dasha! I'm a recent English literature graduate. After working for a magazine and a creative writing agency during university, I became an editor and subtitler for a media company, offering post-production services for live broadcasting. This meant I got to work on TV shows for clients like Disney and Discovery Channel! I love literature of all sorts. I have the most experience in Shakespeare, poetry, and contemporary literature!

I offer student-led sessions, typically 45 minutes to an hour. We will discuss beforehand what you'd like to cover, from revision technique, essay planning, looking over and working on feedback, understanding exam questions, text analysis, structural support, grammar and sentences. Anything that is a concern, we can start with and go from there! My lessons are for anyone studying English literature or English language! My primary focus is secondary school-age students, up to A-Levels and beyond if necessary. I have experience teaching secondary school students when I volunteered at IntoUniversity to help students with final exams and the transition into the university. I also worked as an Editor-in-Chief for a magazine and a Deputy Editor for an online creative writing agency.
