My approach is client-centred, supportive and goal-focused. As an Occupational Therapist and Coach, I have extensive experience supporting students in higher education to improve time management, organisation and study skills. I also work with teenagers who may be struggling with motivation, emotional regulation, behaviour, confidence or engagement with school. Together, we create achievable goals, monitor progress and celebrate success, helping young people develop the skills, resilience and independence needed to thrive both academically and personally.
