I offer reference tools, personalised coaching, group sessions, self-paced modules and masterclasses to help clients navigate the complexities of mid-life health. My expertise includes cognitive fitness, women's health, positive habit formation, pantry overhauls, movement for mental health and key nutritional and exercise interventions essential for our second act.
I am passionate about creating clarity amidst the noise of diet culture and empowering women to take actionable, achievable steps towards their health goals and to be brain fit and body wise with the choices we make day to day.

I founded BrainFit & BodyWise, to provide a nutrition and lifestyle coaching service specialising in mid-life health for women. I originally started nutrition coaching as a way to complement my adult dance classes and provide key unbiased information that didn't require expensive supplements or powders to see results. None years of working closely with women who want real change, lead me to dedicating my career to helping women achieve their goals of sustainable health and wellness.
I hold a degree in Performance and Human Movement and have completed advanced studies in Nutrition for Women 40+, Perimenopause, Menopause, Optimal Ageing and Cognitive Fitness. I continue to investigate new, beneficial ways science can be used to improve our mid life experience.
