I am a dedicated and experienced private tutor with more than 10 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Science for Primary School and PSLE students in Singapore. Over the years, I have worked with students of different learning abilities and academic backgrounds, helping them strengthen their foundations, improve their grades, and build confidence in their studies.
I believe that every student has the ability to improve when taught with patience, proper guidance, and effective learning techniques. I am an experienced private tutor with more than 10 years of teaching experience helping students improve their understanding, confidence, and examination performance in Mathematics and Science. I specialize in teaching Primary School and PSLE students in Singapore.
My teaching approach focuses on building strong foundations while helping students master effective answering techniques and problem-solving strategies. I believe every student learns differently, so I customize my lessons according to each student’s learning pace, strengths, and weaknesses. I also provide structured practice, exam-focused guidance, and clear explanations to help students fully understand concepts instead of simply memorizing answers.
Lessons are usually between 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the student’s level and learning needs. During lessons, I combine concept teaching, guided practice, and revision techniques to ensure students stay engaged and improve consistently.
I am MOE-educated and hold an Honors degree from NTU. Over the years, I have taught students from different academic levels, including students preparing for PSLE examinations. Many of my students have shown improvements in both their grades and confidence after attending lessons regularly.
