I'm here to help you prepare for stellar results in any science or maths subject, or help with more specific Oxbridge entry plans.
A bit about me - I recently graduated from St John's College, Cambridge with a degree in Biological Natural Sciences. Back in high school, I achieved A*A*A*A in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths A-Levels with an A at Physics AS-level. During my time there, I started up a Teaching Assistants Programme to encourage high-performing students to help tutor struggling students. I've seen how helpful a second perspective on education can be, and I'd love to help you meet your goals.

While I'm open to a wide variety of formats, I'm hoping to work with A-level/GCSE students in 1:1 or small group settings.
I've found that the best way to get huge improvements on academic results is to first fully understand what the exam is asking of you. By initially working our way through example questions and mark schemes, we can create a framework for growing knowledge - this makes it a piece of cake to answer questions when exam time rolls around.
After covering the basics, I want to inspire enthusiasm and independent thinking. Many syllabi seem pretty dry, but by talking through problems we can always unearth fascinating concepts. The more we do this, the easier it becomes to fully understand the material - and I promise it's fun.
Finally, if you're aspiring to gain entry to Oxbridge / Russell group unis, I'll help you craft the perfect CV and personal statement, and prepare you to show off your thinking skills at interview. It's not about becoming a cookie-cutter candidate, but revealing what makes you unique and committed to your subject. Enthusiasm is key!
