Originaire du Québec, province canadienne où le français est la langue officielle, j'ai accumulé 15 ans d'expérience dans des universités francophones ou bilingues en tant qu'étudiant, enseignant, assistant d'enseignement, chercheur et soutien administratif. J'ai également été tuteur de français pour de jeunes adultes au Québec. My name is Philippe and I recently arrived in Melbourne! Last May, I moved from Canada to join my partner in this beautiful part of Australia. Originally from Quebec, a Canadian province where French is the official language, I have accumulated 15 years of experience in francophone or bilingual universities as a student, teacher, teaching assistant, researcher, and administrative support. I favor 1-hour sessions but am flexible to accommodate your schedule and learning pace.
Since 2009, I have worked continuously in the tertiary education sector as a researcher, subject director, teaching assistant, and administrative support in French-speaking and bilingual (FR & EN) universities. I also have experience tutoring French to young adults in Québec, Canada. I tailor my lessons for all ages and adapt the difficulty level to meet your needs.
I am conveniently located in Melbourne CBD and am flexible with lesson locations. I offer online sessions, at-home lessons, at your home, or in a café, depending on the distance.
