Using her presenting and top communication skills, she is clear, consciences and creative when it comes to delivering activities for ESOL students. We have worked with many ESOL students together and Jade always manages get the best out of them through the activities she runs.

One of Jade’s greatest strengths is creating lessons and activity plans that offer a bespoke feel for students who may have to think about things a different way. When engaging with these young people she is attentive and allows the students to blossom and explore their possibilities, whilst also maintaining great enthusiasm during the whole session.

Jades passion for working with young people especially working with ESOL students is second to none. She has the patience, creativity and interpersonal skills well equipped when creating and delivering PSHE sessions to the young people she works with. She is also always keen to develop her skill and knowledge in the area of ESOL and SEND learners. She has since become a champion for working with non mainstream schools at work.
