My teaching approach is inclusive, considering the individual needs and goals of each participant. A key focus in yoga is the correction of body posture to facilitate the flow of energy. Therefore, I emphasize proper alignment during sessions.
Pranayama, the practice of breathing techniques, is integral to my classes. It aids in reducing anxiety, stress, and improving concentration and overall health. I typically incorporate two Pranayama exercises in each session. I guarantee that my yoga classes will be calming, productive, and satisfying.

This is Nooshin
I am yoga certificate Instructor .Yoga is the way of life not just a simple exercise . I would love to teach variations of classes such as Ashtanga, Flow and more. But one of my favourite is Yoga and meditation for stress and anxiety relief . Combination of asana, pranayama, breathing exercises , 2 meditation and relaxation during class. I will teach adults and senior people as well.
