About Ankit
Namaste I am Ankit Tanu , i am a Meditation & Yoga Teacher .
My purpose here is to share Meditation in the form of "Art of Pure Awareness " and "Pranayama (Yogic Breathing Practices) and Breath awareness Meditation to support your journey of Mental and Spiritual Wellbeing.
My method is unique in the approach as I believe in forming a deeper connection with the student first and learn about their problems. Based on those discussions we will approach what will be the best thing for you to learn.
I have been practicing Vipassana Meditation, which is a Buddhist meditation technique taught by Vipassana Meditation centers in India and Nepal.
I did My first retreat 10-day silence retreat in the winters of the Himalayas in 2017 and it had a profound impact on my life, I have also been inspired by the Teachings of Ekhart Tolle and J. Krishnamurti which are great spiritual Teachers of the 20th Century.
In The sessions, We will be like two friends deeply listening together and understand this mind and life that's been given to us.
