I Customize the lesson for students according to there need and level of understanding ,Try to make easy Hindi as a subject as main concern is to create interest of student in subject .I take help of visual aids such as Worksheets also take help of images with vocabulary .I always try to engage students in dialogue with the help of real time examples. I insist students to do homework (to revise what was done in class on that day)which helps students to learn it
