About Sean
Hi! I’m an MSc Biology graduate with a strong background in ecology, environmental science, statistics, and scientific research. Most of my experience comes from hands-on laboratory and field research, where I worked with biological data analysis, scientific writing, experimental design, and data visualization in R.
I know science courses can sometimes feel overly complicated or intimidating, so my goal as a tutor is to make things feel approachable and manageable. I like teaching through clear explanations, relatable examples, and a relaxed, low-pressure style where students can comfortably ask questions and work through problems without feeling judged.
I’m especially comfortable helping with biology, ecology, environmental science, introductory statistics, scientific writing, and research methods at the high school or undergraduate level.
