About Alexandre
It's hard to summarize one's path when one is passionate and has been practicing all his life :)
We will say that after a long Martial training, to which I will add Parkour, I end up being interested in the works of Ido Portal and David Weck to develop my knowledge of the physical activity and the human body.
I want to spread the word that another way of doing things is possible. The opposite of no pain no gain and the notion of fighting.
But rather, gently and with fun.

If you feel like moving, but you don't find exactly what you are looking for in traditional disciplines (martial arts, yoga, dance ...), I think you should take a look at this new way of working your body.
With the culture of movement, Ido Portal has allowed to give a precise terminology to many people, for a relationship to physical activity totally rethought.
A holistic discipline that allows to work in particular, strength, endurance, mobility, explosiveness, and to see our body as an object that we must respect daily, because we live with H24, and not only 1 hour 3 times / week :)
I am part of this lineage, to which I add my own background.
Together, and through games/exercises, we try to understand the complexity of the human movement, and we work on it, with the aim of making you live better in your body.
Concretely, we work in the sense of allowing you to have a body ready for the real world. Ready to fall, to twist, to roll, to carry, to climb, to support, to stand up, etc ...
I also like to replace the notion of competition (towards oneself in particular) with cooperation and play. Strength through technique.

Alexandre est déjà un Super Prof : il est à la fois passionné, compétent, bienveillant et s'adapte parfaitement aux besoins de ses élèves.

Je recommande sans réserve !Alexandre est juste le meilleur coach….. Il comprends tous les mécanismes du corps humain, et possède une pédagogie hors du commun. Quelle que soit la question que je me posais, il avait la réponse, il m’a accompagné dans ma reprise du sport après 5 ans d’inactivité. J’ai perdu 15 kilos avec lui et ai redécouvert mon corps. Il m’a fait me dépasser dans mes limites, tout en gardant une bienveillance profonde. A la fois psy, précepteur et coach, je ne connais pas d’enseignement plus complet dans le milieu, je souhaite à tout le monde de faire appel à ses services..
