About The Medicine is
Hi, I am Marie, a holistic counsellor, meditation & breathwork instructor and somatic therapist. I help clients achieve deep healing and transformation by integrating powerful techniques like somatic therapy and awareness, breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, EFT tapping, and intuitive guidance. Through my experience in this field, I have developed a unique approach that combines practical guidance with a deep understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. In addition to my work as a holistic counsellor, I also have extensive experience in the corporate world having worked at Google for over 10 years and at Facebook for 2+ years so I am familiar with high intensity, high paced work environments.

Have you been willing to start a meditation/breathwork/somatic practice for a while but are unsure how to start? In this class I will guide you through a unique combination of movement, breath and meditation to support your journey of transformation. They are entirely customised to you and your needs. We’ll start where you’re at and will adapt based on your feedback and general progress. HOW I TEACH These classes are focused on breath, movement and meditation but can include a diverse range of healing modalities that I am specialised in (including hypnotherapy, journaling, EFT, affirmations, tarot and more). We will first align on your intention/what you would like to work on, be it overcoming a specific challenge, manifesting something into your life or planting a seed for transformation. From that initial brief I will design a session that will activate the change you are willing to create so that it takes root in your being at the somatic, emotional, mental and energetic levels. I will also give you tools and actionable exercises that you can use in your day to day life so that you can carry on the work of transformation. SESSION LENGTH You can choose between 30- or 60-minute sessions. WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR? These sessions are for adults of all ages who want to improve their well-being. All levels of experience are welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
