Teaching music develops musical skills and cultivates discipline, creativity, teamwork, and self-confidence. I am passionate about nurturing a love for music in my students and helping them discover their potential as musicians. I have a lot of experience teaching music, teaching for around 27 years as an assistant maestro, principal player, and vocal coach at the Egyptian Opera House. I also contributed to many music productions, albums, and films, including Disney and others. I led many Arabic music workshops at music colleges like RNCM, Sheffield, York, and Huddersfield. I can play and teach piano, oud, nay, qanun, saz, kawala, and music theory for both Western and Eastern music. I got an MA in musicology and am now in my last year of PhD in the same subject. I also give lectures in World Music and Musicology. I also teach Arabic language.
