About Demir
Hi! I’m a Senior at Carnegie Vanguard High School, ranked number 1 in Texas. I’ve taken AP courses in subjects like Precalculus, Chemistry, Physics 1, Computer Science, English Composition, and U.S. History, maintaining straight A’s throughout. I scored in the 99th percentile on the PSAT and SAT with a perfect math score on both, all through self-study. I’m actively involved in my school’s National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta Mathematics Honor Society, tutoring students in various math concepts. Outside of academics, I’m an Ambassador at the Lone Star Flight Museum, where I teach aviation history and flight mechanics to visitors of all ages. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy watching the NBA, playing chess, and trying out new food.

For SAT prep, I focus on strategy, time management, and content, helping students feel confident on test day. What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience and ability to adapt to each student’s needs. I don’t just want students to memorize formulas. I aim for them to truly understand the concepts, building a strong foundation for future success.
