About Amelia
I’m Amelia, a Year 10 Methods student with a strong interest in mathematics and a genuine desire to help others build confidence in the subject. I want to become a tutor for K-10 students because I understand how challenging math can feel at times, and I enjoy explaining concepts in ways that make them clearer and less intimidating. Tutoring also allows me to strengthen my own understanding while developing communication and leadership skills. Most importantly, I find it rewarding to support younger students, helping them improve their skills and feel more confident in their learning.

Each lesson can range from 40 minutes to an hour, which covers the fundamentals with practice questions, alongside example questions we can work through together. Additionally, I act as a support to clear any uncertainty, whether that’s regarding questions or the topic.
