About Nilgun
I started meditation in 1985 when I was studying Chemical Engineering. It helped me increase my focus and mental capacity during my studies. After graduation, I worked in an International Corporation as a Trader in London, City for 10 years. Although I continued my daily meditation practice my focus was turned toward my career. However after hard working and successful career life, I have developed health problems. In search of recovery I turned my attention to Zen Meditation and trained deep Meditation and Far East Energy practices by South Korean Zen Master Sun Woo both in London and in various Buddhist temples in South Korea. After recovering my health, I finished my work in Corporate environment and started sharing my experiences with people in UK and abroad. I have been teaching meditation and energy practices for 16 years.

I design your individual lessons after assessing your needs and your nature in our free lesson. I have been meditating for 36 years for my own spiritual development and have been teaching professionally for 16 years. Ana Pana Sathi is the meditation method used by the Buddha to reach enlightenment. By observing his natural breath Buddha freed himself from the illusions and restrictions of mind and eventually reached the enlightenment. I start your lessons by basic Ana Pana Sathi teaching. You can have one or more lessons depending on how quickly you can make the meditation practice part of your life and how deep you want to go within yourself. Meditation can be a simple mind control practice or it can be process of discovering whole new world within yourself and freeing yourself from your limitations and obstacles. Your journey can continue as far as you are comfortable with. Total beginners or experienced meditators are welcome. I live in nature in mythical Mount Ida in a self-sufficient and ecological life focusing to my daily meditations and maintaining the farming life which enabled me to deepen within myself and strengthen my connection to nature and universe. My approach is down to earth, simple and grounded.
