About Sean
I have practiced under several lineages of various religions since the time I was a preteen. I first started the path of meditation with my Sensei who was a Zen Buddhist who instructed all of his students to begin each class and each day with quiet contemplation and Zazen meditation. From there I went on to bring my meditation experience deeper into the religion I was brought up in as a practicing Greek Orthodox Christian. Within the Greek Orthodox tradition there are many meditations on what it means to be a human, to have a soul and to follow divinity, this was my first true dive into meditation and the path of understanding. As I grew older I decided I wanted to branch out and get deeper into energetic meditation which lead me to learn from a Kriya Yoga Master Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath. This new branch into eastern sciences eventually lead me to become a Buddhist monk under the Tibetan Buddhist Chokling Tersar as well as Mindrolling lineages. I practiced all of these traditions directly under the careful watch of many recognized masters and lineage holders. After my monkhood I decided to get back into my religious roots that I was brought up with, The Abrahamic Religions and found a Sufi Master under the lineage of Shayk Ahmed Tijani which is my current focus. I don't say all of this to be flashy but rather to say that in all of my experience there has been one constant, silence, virtue, and quiet contemplation of divinity. This has made me to realize that regardless of whatever outward beliefs we clothe ourselves with we are still fundamentally human, seeking the very same thing: Peace. No matter the meditation master I learned from, no matter what religion they were a part of, they held that same belief. Humanity often suffers, peace is what all beings wish for.

I help beginners find their footing with meditation and introspection as well as anyone who has already been along for the meditation ride for a little bit. If you are already a seasoned meditation practitioner I can provide inspiration to kick your practice up the next level. If you are just starting I can ease you into the seemingly hard process of quieting the mind and bringing peace to your heart.
These techniques are universal and for any religion, though I have a past as a Buddhist Monk I started with Gnostic Christianity, Kriya Yoga, and am currently a practicing Sufi as a part of my over all path to better understand myself and the world around me. My experience has led me to believe that silence is the same no matter what angle you approach it from.
I teach a mixture of things depending on each person's need, their time frame and schedule as well as what it seems their heart desires.
Whether you are approaching meditation to better understand yourself, bring peace to yourself or to better understand your own beliefs and religion the techniques will bring positive benefit and result into your daily life.
