I have spent a lot of time in wudang china studying daoist healing methods. Living in the five immortals temple there.
I have also spent lots of time training and studying Kung fu, taichi qigong and various meditation techniques.
I have a very good biomachanic understanding and working knowledge of how the body the mind and realistic ways these can then be improved.

If you have ceratain fears or mind blocks, struggling to learn a new subject, trying to get over a mental problem. Even if your an athlete training for an event or just looking to improve your fitness level.

I am fully DBS checked and have both my safeguarding and first aid qualifications too.
