About Divyanshi
I am Divyanshi Jha. I have been on this spiritual/healing journey since 2020. I have experimented with many healing modalities, to name a few—breathwork, modern mindfulness meditation, Vipassana meditation, trauma healing methods, body-based healing therapy, womb work, emotional healing, shadow work, parts work, movement therapy, nervous system regulation techniques, and many more. Along with being a meditation and breathwork coach that is for all genders, I am also a spiritual mentor/self-intimacy coach for women—I also offer 1-on-1 coaching specifically to women that includes inspiration and teachings from all the above-mentioned modalities, catered to individual's needs and desires.

My teaching techniques are based on compassion, curiosity, and mindfulness. I believe that mindfulness, compassion, and curiosity are the main pillars of transformation. I don't offer my classes to help someone avoid or escape the human spectrum of emotions; my teaching methods are based solely on authenticity and the totality of a human being. That means my meditation style helps the student be in the now with all that it has to offer, including unpleasant emotions and thoughts. The intention is to get comfortable with emotions and learn from them instead of running away from them. My meditation style is not superficial or one-layered; it's a multidimensional deep transformative journey one will take with me. The meditation style is inspired by Vipassana—the ancient meditation style—and modern mindfulness ones. My meditation and breathwork classes are for everyone who wants to build a deeper connection with themselves or start their spiritual path—you don't have to be a specific age or gender to start this meditation. Suitable for all willing and ready humans.

Details
Pricing details—I offer meditation and breathwork classes for 3-4 months in a package that you can book at a reasonable amount. There are again various packages in that depending on what you are looking for. Example—you can book 3 classes a week for 3-4 months or 4 or 5 classes a week for 3-4 months, and prices vary according to that. One can pay monthly for the classes depending on the commitment to being on a journey for at least 3 months as it is a journey that takes time, energy, and commitment. A classic 3 classes a week (1 hr each) for a month would be 6000 rs only. My one-on-one coaching with women also happens either in a single session or in a pack of 4-5 months, which is advisable. 1 session costs 2000 rs only.
