About Emma
As a current medical student at Newcastle Medical School, I previously achieved A*A*A in my A-Levels having sat Biology, Chemistry and Psychology.
My aim with students is to inspire and cultivate a love for the subject whilst building on simple topics to develop a solid understanding of more complex concepts.
Teaching only a small number of pupils at a time, I am able to develop a relationship with each student to understand their learning style and focus on helping them achieve the best grades possible!

Personalised teaching methods allow students to grasp tricky concepts in a way that works for them, incorporating past exam questions and further knowledge to help them achieve the top grades. By keeping session interactive and engaging via mid-point quizzes and use of exam questions, students can keep a track of their progress.
How I teach?
- With the use of powerpoints, I am able to make the session more interactive, incorporating many different learning visuals including diagrams and written text. This way students can see EXACTLY what they need to know with key points being laid out in an easy to follow format.

- A* in Psychology A-Level
- A in Chemistry A-Level
- A* in Biology and Chemistry at GCSE with a further 3 x A* and 5 x A in other subjects
As a bubbly and enthusiastic teacher, having tutored before, I’m ready and excited to teach Biology, Chemistry and Psychology to A-Level and GCSE students with lessons typically lasting 1hr!
