About Richa
I am a lecturer with a master’s degree in food and nutrition. I have work experience in teaching food science and nutrition students. I can easily explain the major nutritional components of food and even help in attaining the necessary knowledge like antioxidants, prebiotics, nutraceuticals, food biochemistry, breastfeeding practices, dietary intervention, food adulteration, food preservation, food standards, sensory evaluation, and many other topics.

I am a very approachable and friendly person. As a teacher, I will work and progress with you, ensuring you understand not only the individual concepts but the whole picture. I prefer interactive sessions over lectures. I begin with basic fundamental concepts and theories, followed by in-depth learning of practical applications and problems --I furnish the most relevant examples that make understanding easy and fun. --I provide quality personal/group coaching. --I use multimedia, whiteboards, videos and occasionally other forms to facilitate better understanding. I provide customized teaching services based on the requirements of students. Specific topics or whole chapter/subjects, I deliver both. I am open to working with people who are: - New students who are looking for mentoring during their university degrees as well as school grades - Current dietetics students needing tutoring on nutrition, food science, pathophysiology or anatomy, nutrition education or counseling, medical nutrition therapy
